While Kip is designed to respect Your privacy and processes Your photos locally, We do collect certain anonymous usage data to help us improve the Application.

Definitions For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application refers to Kip, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to the creator and developer of Kip.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cell phone or a digital tablet.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company (such as analytics tools).
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Information Collection and Use
1. Photo Library Access (Core Functionality - strictly local)
While using Our Application, We will ask for Your explicit permission to access Your Device's photo library to provide the core features of Our Service (displaying, sorting, and deleting your photos).
- Local Processing Only: All photo processing and deletion actions are performed locally on Your Device.
- No Uploads: Your photos, videos, and media metadata are NEVER uploaded to Our servers, to Our Service Providers, nor are they shared with any third parties. We do not have access to Your photos.
- You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device's settings.
2. Usage Data and Analytics (PostHog)
To understand how users interact with Kip and to improve the overall experience, We use a third-party analytics Service Provider called PostHog.
- What is collected: When You use the Application, PostHog may automatically collect Usage Data. This includes, but is not limited to, Your Device's Internet Protocol (IP) address (which is anonymized), device type, operating system version, the specific screens or features You use within the App (e.g., swiping actions, opening settings), the time and date of Your usage, and diagnostic data (such as app crashes).
